Being without your phone is stressful, but your AT&T Prepaid® protection plan covers you against lost or stolen devices.

If your phone is lost or stolen, follow these three steps:

Try to locate it. Try to find your device—call or text it from another phone or use a GPS locating service, like Device Manager or Find My® app.
Suspend your service. If you can’t find your device, lock it down remotely and temporarily suspend your service to prevent unauthorized use. Suspend your service or block your device or call AT&T at 866-727-1998.
Replace your device. If you’re enrolled in an AT&T device protection plan, Start a claim.
