Important information for customers enrolled in Samsung Care+ programs.

The Care+ programs listed below have transitioned to a new provider, Servify.  Therefore, Asurion, will not be able to process claims under these programs for issues that occur on or after the transition dates.  See below for details by program and date.

Samsung Care+ or Samsung Premium Care

If you are enrolled in Samsung Care+ or Samsung Premium Care, you were sent notice via email or mail outlining the coverage changes on December 15, 2022. The notice explains that Asurion, cannot process claims filed under these programs for issues that occurred on or after January 18, 2023. For support or to file a claim for a covered event that occurred before January 18, 2023, please continue with your claim support online at www.asurion.com/samsung or by calling 1-877-841-1138.  For support or to file a claim for a covered event that occurs on or after January 18, 2023, please contact Servify at 1-833-690-0918 24 hours a day and 7 days a week or go online at http://samsung.servify.tech/us.

Care+ with Theft and Loss and Care+ Theft and Loss (NY only)

These Care+ programs have transitioned to a new provider, Servify, who will continue to administer the plan.  Therefore, Asurion, cannot process claims filed under these programs for issues that occur on or after May 1, 2023.  If you are enrolled in Care+ with Theft and Loss and Care+ Theft and Loss (NY only), you were sent notice via email or mail outlining the coverage changes on March 2, 2023.  As the notice explains, for support or to file a claim for a covered event that occurs before May 1, 2023, please continue with your claim support online at www.asurion.com/samsung or by calling 1-877-841-1138.  For support or to file a claim for a covered event that occurs on or after May 1, 2023, please contact Servify at 1-833-690-0918 24 hours a day and 7 days a week or go online at http://samsung.servify.tech/us.

If you are enrolled in Samsung Care+ (paid upfront for 24 months of protection), your program is still administered by Asurion.  You can proceed with your claim with Asurion either online www.asurion.com/samsung or by calling 1-877-841-1138.
