If you are enrolled in a Samsung Care+ program by Asurion, you can file a claim and pay the applicable service fee to have your device either repaired or replaced.³ You can start your claim online. It's that simple.

As authorized Samsung repair providers, uBreakiFix by Asurion train their experts to repair Samsung devices. They will use parts, tools and equipment provided by Samsung.
1. If your device is no longer covered by the manufacturer warranty, uBreakiFix by Asurion and Asurion Tech Repair & Solutions stores offer out-of-warranty screen protector replacements for a fee. Screen protectors are not covered by the Samsung Care+ program.
2. Eligible Samsung phone models include Galaxy Z Fold5, and Galaxy Z Flip5, Galaxy Z Fold4, Galaxy Z Flip4, Galaxy Z Fold3, Galaxy Z Flip3, Galaxy Z Fold2, Galaxy Z Flip2, Galaxy Z Fold®, and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip®.
3. A nonrefundable deductible or service fee will be charged for each approved claim. Amounts are based on device tiers for each program.
4. Foldable damage beyond screen protector replacement is now covered by some carriers phone protection plans, start a claim or reach out to your phone carrier to learn more.
