Change batteries

Your Blink camera's batteries may be defective or depleted. Try replacing them with another set of working batteries.

Confirm the camera's power source is on. If the device uses a power cord, make sure it's plugged into a working wall outlet.

Use a power adapter

Some Blink cameras use a USB connector and power adapter. Verify each cable is securely attached and the power cord is plugged into an outlet.

If your camera or the sync module isn't within range of your Wi-Fi network, you may experience connectivity issues. Try moving them closer to the router. Alternatively, you may move the router to another place in your home nearer to the camera or sync module. Blink recommends at least three bars of signal strength for a solid connection.

Blink frequently updates its app to remove bugs and introduce new features. See if there is an update available via your device's app store. If there is, install the update and see if it resolves the camera Live View issue.
