Any Optimum Mobile customer may enroll in the Optimum Mobile Device Protection with an eligible device. Customers may enroll a newly purchased, upgraded device, or a device they bring with them.

With unlimited number of cracked screen repairs2, we can fix your broken device screen as many times as you need—as soon as the same day—for only $29 per claim.
If your device battery no longer holds a charge, you can get an unlimited number of battery replacements3 with your plan.

For your convenience, the Optimum Mobile Device Protection monthly charge, plus any applicable taxes, will appear on your Optimum Mobile bill.
You may add Optimum Mobile Device Protection during checkout online, in-store or by calling Optimum (866-200-7186) (866-200-7186) when you purchase a new device, upgrade your existing one or bring your own eligible device.
At this time, Optimum Mobile customers may only enroll an eligible device:
When they bring their own device or purchase a new device on a new line.
When they upgrade their device (purchase a new device) on an existing line.
Optimum Mobile Device Protection is a combination of insurance, service contract, and technical support. The insurance is underwritten by Allianz Global Risks US Insurance Company; Asurion Insurance Services, Inc. (in California, Agent license #0B35141; in Iowa, Agent license #1001000131) is the Agent and provides claims servicing under this program. The service contract is provided by Asurion Technology Services, Inc., or one of its affiliates. The technical support is provided by Asurion Technology Services, Inc. and Asurion Mobile Applications, LLC.
