Visit www.asurion.com/amazon. You will need your order number and purchase date to submit a claim. You can also call us at 1-866-551-5924.
By phone: Call us at 1-866-551-5924 and we’ll walk you through it.
Most claims are approved within minutes. For eligible items, same-day repair may be available.
Yes, there’s a total claim limit (aggregate limit) of $5,000 for all repairs or reimbursements which begins on the date of your first claim and continues for a 12-month period.
Upon enrollment, Asurion Complete Protect covers:
Mechanical or electrical failures due to certain defects
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage from handling (drops, cracks, and spills) for eligible portable electronics like laptops and phones
Other product-specific coverage
Tech support is also available on day 1. For all coverage details, view the Terms and Conditions.
Your plan contains limitations and exclusions, including:
Loss, theft, or intentional damage
Breakdowns from commercial use
Accessories not included in the original product packaging
