An Asurion Expert will help you evaluate the health of your network and triage any connectivity issues in your household. They will also help set up, configure, and troubleshoot any eligible home devices and answer additional connected home questions you may have.

Based on the assessment, the expert will provide recommendations for equipment placement in the house and bandwidth optimization and work to resolve any connectivity issues. Equipment replacement recommendations are also available upon request.

Before leaving, they’ll confirm that the assessment meets all of your needs and provide you with information on where to find troubleshooting tips and educational information.

Yes, on the day of your appointment, the Asurion Expert will call you to confirm the timing of your appointment and to discuss the tech they’ll be helping you troubleshoot. They’ll also cover all safety measures you’ll need to be familiar with before the appointment.

Your Asurion Expert can help you set up and configure any eligible smart device during the visit. However, the expert will not be able to install any home products during an In-Home Visit or perform any steps that require tools.
