Important information for Uscellular subscribers enrolled in the following Device Protection+ programs:

As you may be aware, UScellular is now officially part of T-Mobile and is making some changes to align with T-Mobile in the future. Effective *January 31, 2026, the Device Protection+ programs listed above will no longer be provided by Asurion. Starting on February 1, 2026, the Device Protection+ programs will be provided by Assurant. See below for details.
If you are enrolled in any of the Device Protection+ programs, you were sent notice via email or mail outlining the coverage changes effective on *January 31, 2026. The notice explains that Asurion cannot process claims for issues that occur after *January 31, 2026. Therefore, if you have any questions about Plan coverage or to file a claim for a covered event that occurred on or before *January 31, 2026 please continue with your claim support online at asurion.com/claims/uscellular, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or by calling Asurion at 1-888-864-0428, Monday through Friday from 6am -11pm CT; Saturday from 8am-11pm CT or Sunday from 9am-7pm CT. Our representatives are available and happy to provide assistance and support.
As a reminder, your Asurion Photos app service ended on January 31, 2026 due to the change in device protection providers. Your account will have a storage limit of 5GB after January 31, 2026 but you’ll continue to have full access to your stored photo and video content until July 31, 2026. After that date, any remaining content will be permanently deleted, so be sure to download your files before then.
*PLEASE NOTE, FOR PRE-PAID CUSTOMERS ONLY, the transition date for the Device Protection+ programs is April 1, 2026. If you have any questions about Plan coverage or to file a claim for a covered event that occurred on or before April 1, 2026, please continue with your claim support as described above.

Device Protection+ Ultimate, Device Protection+ with AppleCare Services, Device Protection+ Standard and Device Protection+ Basic programs are a combination of insurance and service contract. The insurance is underwritten by Allianz Global Risks US Insurance Company; Asurion Insurance Services, Inc. (In California, Agent License #0B35141; in Iowa, Agent License #1001000131) is the Agent and provides the claims servicing under these programs. Includes insurance similar to other insurance sold separately for up to $2.00. The service contract is provided by Asurion Technology Services, Inc., or one of its affiliates.
1. AppleCare Services Administration is a separate plan from AppleCare+. If your device is already enrolled in AppleCare+, it is ineligible for AppleCare Services Administration. AppleCare Services is available for the first 24 months. After the 24-month period, you move to the $14.99 Device Protection+ Ultimate plan without AppleCare Services.

3. As soon as same-day repair may be available for eligible devices in select areas and depends upon claim approval time, parts availability, and technician availability. Repairs may use new or refurbished parts and may contain original or non-original manufacturer parts. Multiple repairs are not available for a single claim. If your device requires multiple repairs, such as screen repair and back glass repair, we will replace your device, and the replacement service fee will apply.
4. Subject to eligible wireless phones outside of manufacturer’s warranty period that power on but fail to hold an adequate charge after diagnostic testing. Available for select devices in select areas.
5. There may be limitations on the size of each video that is to be backed up and secured
