HP Care Complete is a protection plan that goes beyond the terms and life of a manufacturer’s warranty to help keep your tech up and running.
Depending on the plan you choose, coverage can be tailored to your needs—from protecting a single HP computer with the Individual plan, to covering multiple computers and select accessories with the Family plan, all the way up to the Whole home plan, which offers broader coverage for nearly all your eligible home tech.
If something goes wrong with a covered device, we’ll repair, replace, or reimburse it.
An HP Care Complete plan can be financially worth it whether you own a single HP laptop or computer, a few computers in your home, or multiple devices and want broad coverage for accidental damage from handling, mechanical failure, and expert tech support under a single monthly plan.
It can be a great value for students, freelancers, families, small business owners, and more as there are three different tiers to choose from: HP Individual, HP Family, and HP Whole Home. Each plan tier offers peace of mind and potential savings compared to buying individual warranties or paying for high-cost replacements.

The number of devices varies by plan. In order to provide the most value for each plan, we start with a set number of computers to cover. Whether you have one or two HP computers or multiple computers of different manufacturers and age, we have a plan for you. Individual and Family plans also let you cover additional home tech, including any one mouse, headset, or keyboard, while the Whole Home plan covers all your eligible connected devices used for entertainment, gaming, or home office work.
Yes, you'll need to register your devices if you sign up for HP Care Complete Individual or Family plans and can do so at the time of of your claim. Registering devices helps us speed up the claims process for you. Additionally, it helps us to know more specifics about which device is broken so we can provide the best repair or replacement options for you. The Whole Home plan does not require product registration.
When your device breaks or stops working, we’ve got you covered. It’s as simple as 1-2-3.
